PIN - 421301 resolved to conduct election of Party President and 12 Executive Members of National Executive Committee as detailed in following Election Program :
1 ) Update and New Membership enrollment of Native People's Party National Council Membership from 1 October , 2018 to 31 December , 2018
2 ) Preparation and Declaration of Final Updated List of National Council members on 10 January , 2019 at party office
3 ) Notice date 11 January , 2019 for filing Nominations for Party President 1 post and Executive Members 12 posts from 11 January to 15 January , 2019 from 11 Am to 5 PM at party office
4 ) Taking back nomination by 16 January , 2019 time 11 Am to 5 PM at party office
5 ) Election on Date : Sunday 20 January , 2019 time 11 Am to 5 PM at party office address noted above by rising hands , or voice or by ballot as decided by Election Officer as found necessary
6 ) Declaration of results of Election by Election Officer on 20 January , 2019 after 5 PM
7 ) Meeting of Old Party President , Old Executive Members and New Elected Party President and Executive Members in presence and observation of Election Officer on 21 January , 2019
8 ) Sending of Change Report to Election Commission of India , New Delhi by 28 January , 2019

For kind information with reference of your letter no 56/ 159 / Delisting /LET/ ECI / FUNC / PP/ PPS- III/ 2016 / 315 date 12 September , 2018 with a request to allow us fresh elections of our New Executive Committee on 20 January , 2019 as programmed above and allow us to submit the required documents as listed in your above letter by 31 January , 2019 as the accounts of party are under process of Audit by CA and will be submitted by 31 January , 2019 or early if CA gives us his reports. Meanwhile we request you to kindly removing ban on us for setting party candidate in coming Lok Sabha General Elections due in 2019 as we wish to participate in the elections due in 2019 to LS .
It is further submitted for your kind information that party functions from the new address as the same is given to ITO for Pan Card of Native People's Party and change has been intimated to the Commission earlier also as submitted in our earlier letter dated 18 January , 2017 .
